Notes:
Breakfast - cinnamon french toast, strawberries, freshly squeezed orange juice.
Lunch - salmon burger, bottle of water.
Dinner - roast beef sandwich, “Dole” orange juice, bottle of water, macaroni salad, oatmeal cookie.
