Notes:
Breakfast - scrambled egg, mushroom, tomatoes on a croissant.
Lunch - peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Dinner - salmon, vegetables, mashed potatoes.
Work - went over my standard and did 9 solicitations instead of 7.
